Industrial Flanges
Precision-machined forged and plate flanges designed to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment to form a reliable piping system under various pressure and temperature conditions.
Weld Neck Flanges
Features a long tapered hub that can be butt-welded to a pipe. This design transfers stress from the flange to the pipe, reducing stress concentration at the base, making it ideal for high-pressure and extreme temperature applications.
Long Weld Neck Flanges
Similar to standard weld neck flanges but featuring an extended neck. These are predominantly used as nozzles for pressure vessels, columns, and barrels, eliminating the need for an additional piece of pipe.
Slip On Flanges
Designed to slide over the pipe before being fillet welded both inside and outside to prevent leaks. Known for lower material costs and easier alignment during installation compared to weld neck flanges.
Socket Weld Flanges
Constructed with a socket bore where the pipe is inserted and secured with a single fillet weld on the outside. Generally used for smaller diameter, high-pressure piping where internal flow must remain smooth.
Threaded Flanges
Features internal threads that screw directly onto the pipe without the need for welding. Ideal for applications where welding is hazardous, impossible, or for highly explosive/flammable environments.
Blind Flanges
Solid disks used to block off a pipeline, valve, or pressure vessel opening. Because they lack a center bore, blind flanges are subjected to the highest bending stresses and are built for heavy-duty sealing.
Lap Joint Flanges
Used in combination with stub ends. The flange slides over the pipe but is not welded to it, allowing the flange to rotate freely for easy alignment of bolt holes during system assembly and maintenance.
Plate Flanges
Flat, ring-shaped flanges machined from steel plates rather than being forged. Widely utilized in low-pressure and non-critical applications, waterworks, and large-diameter ducting systems.
